David Warner enjoyed a New Year’s Day game of cricket with a very special guest on Sunday. 
The cricketer, 36, joined Prime Minister Anthony Albanese at Kirribilli House in Sydney for a friendly match. 
The politician got athletic on the field with David’s daughters Ivy, seven, Indi, six, and Isla, three, who he shares with wife of seven years, Candice, 36.

The family first had a chat with the PM inside the iconic venue, with Albanese’s partner Jodie Haydon crouching down to talk to the young girls. 
They then headed outside on the lawn for a game of cricket, with the lively PM catching balls hit his way by David and the children present.  
David’s wife Candice also took part in the game, looking stunning in a burnt orange maxi dress.

It comes after David shared a touching tribute to Candice after putting on an unforgettable show at the MCG in the annual Boxing Day cricket match.
He posted a series of photos alongside his wife to his Instagram and expressed his love for her.
‘No words can describe my love for you!! Thank you so much for everything you do for the girls and me,’ he began.

David effortlessly smashed the ball around the lawn 
‘You sacrifice so much for us, and I have never heard you complain about anything. You are the reason I’m still going stronger than ever. I can’t thank you enough for being by my side.’
David continued: ‘These last few weeks have been a challenge, but you’ve kept us in a positive mind frame. 
‘The younger me would not have gotten through it. I love you with all my heart. #family #wife #love.’
