‘Most Pakistan talent comes from KP’ Akram demands cricket in Peshawar – Cricket Pakistan

Akram said that Peshawar Zalmi can play its PSL8 practice matches at Hayatabad Stadium

Director Cricket Peshawar Zalmi Mohammad Akram said that most of Pakistan talent comes from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa now and demanded international cricket in the city. 
Talking to media on Wednesday, the former cricketer said that in the coming season, first class and international cricket matches should be held in Peshawar. 
Akram visited Hayatabad Cricket Stadium and Arbab Niaz Stadium in Peshawar and demanded renovation work of the latter be completed soon.

The Zalmi director suggested that while Arbab Niaz Stadium is under construction, Peshawar Zalmi can play its practice matches of the upcoming season of Pakistan Super League at Hayatabad Stadium. 
Akram also invited Najam Sethi, the chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) management committee, to visit Peshawar. 
Earlier on Tuesday, Sethi said that Peshawar is not a red line and that PCB is ready to host matches in the city whenever the KP government gives the board a green signal.
