Are you looking to join the cybersecurity community, take a different direction in your career, or add cybersecurity to your resume? Then you should apply for the Federal Cyber Defense Skilling Academy!
This Skilling Academy offers training to develop Cyber Defense Analyst (CDA) skills for individuals with little or no cybersecurity experience. Students will have the opportunity to temporarily step away from their current role while they participate in the intense, full-time, three-month accelerated training program. The program provides valuable opportunities to practice new CDA skills in a lab environment. As an added incentive, students will receive CompTIA Security+ training during the last two weeks of the Skilling Academy and a voucher to take the certification exam. Having the necessary background and certification to be an analyst will better prepare students for future career moves.
For more information, please see the Skilling Academy website, and make sure to check out the Frequently Asked Questions section as well. If you have any additional questions, please contact the Skilling Academy at SkillingAcademy@cisa.dhs.gov. The Skilling Academy will generally respond to all emails within three business days.
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to refocus your future! Apply to the Skilling Academy to take the next step in becoming a Cyber Defense Analyst!
