Curtain University Political Analyst Joe Siracusa says former US president Donald Trump has become “a bit of a punchline”.
“The majority of Americans, good Americans who want to vote republican or conservative or whatever, they just don’t want a person with all that kind of baggage,” Mr Siracusa told Sky News Australia.
“They might turn to Ron DeSantis as somebody else.”
